Hazur sahib jhatka for tilak

Out of our five takhats, two, Hazoor Sahib and Patna Sahib are under lot of influence of Hindu (Brahminism) impact. They both are not under the management of SGPC, so do not follow Akal Takhat's Code.

They do many such rituals which are clearly fobidden in Guru Granth Sahib.

This ritual of offering sacrifice is also a part of that. Many hymns in GGS condemn such sacrifices in harsh words but who listens to GGS, they are so misled that they follow their own beliefs or so-called traditions.

They do it just following the Hindu ritual of offering animal sacifices to their gods. Their is no such happenings in Keshgarh or at any other places to my knowledge. Yes, some of the Nihang sections do it, and later eat the meat themselves.

Therotically no one from Punjab side accept such rituals but no body dares to condemn it. i don't when the so called Khalsa will awake to the teachings of GGS. Only if people (sangat-public) awake then such useless and contrary to Gurmat rituals can be stopped. I am pained to my heart so see these and many other futile acitivities performed in our religious places. The centres of enlightenment have become places of business.

All those, who just offer theri money and gold ornaments blindly, should think twice before the do it just for the sake of Guru Ji.
